You thinking of VIT?? Stop your thoughts right there.. see iit would be a good choice.. because ultimately you'll end up doing higher studies and you won't just be satisfied with graduation (most of us are never satisfied with just grad).. so, the tag of iit will obviously help you around the world... but if you are computer savvy or want ece or mech only.. then look for nits or pec or thapar..

Go to esnips.com for any kind of knowledge.. if you want to solve problems, submit them here in goiit. if you want books, go to 4shared.com and when nothing works, go to youtube.com.. you'll find ample of things there..btw.. if you just want to have knowledge look for a mentor.. and science is very vast.. choose your horizon from where you would want to start (if u haven't started yet).

It Depends on your result and your goal. If you are getting a good college from your aieee rank and you are not a die hard fan of iit colleges, then don't waste one year of yours.

hey guys i have an utter confusion in my mind regarding the calculation of miller indices . i know we have to first take the intercepts , then take it's reciprocal and then clear fractions . the problem is in first step . how to take it's intercepts ? like i give u 2 questions here as referance . please explain the method to calculate it's miller indices .

1. calculate the miller indices when the coordinates of the three corners of a shaded face on the cube are (1/2 , 1/2 , 1 ) , (0 , 1 , 1/2 ) , ( 1,1,1/2) .

2. calculate the miller indices when the coordinates of the corners are (0,0,0) , (1,1,0) , and (0,1,1) .

ans(1 1<bar> 1 ) or (1<bar> 1 1 <bar> )
