Sir,
this year, there had been a question
it goes like this. a spherical portion had been remove from a solid sphere having a charge distributed unifomly in its volume. What is the electric firld inside.? [the spherical portion removed not concentric with the given sphere] Narayana Academy's sol tells that E is nonzero and uniform......
but in Ncert ,it tells that E inside any cavity, with any shape, is zero.....
Pls could you explain..??

HI,
anyaway,the ans is this.......i think,
metre was earlier defined as the distance bn two points on a platinum rod kept somewhere in some lab...i dont know where..
but later the scientists felt the need of defining metre more accurately and so defined it in terms of the speed of light and
the distance travelled by it...but on doing so, they couldnot "change" the length of "metre" for the sake of getting a "eye-pleasing no."
hope u got it..............
kudos.

roots greater than unity means (a+1)* f[x] > 0 and discriminant>=0
Solve these............. its playing with the graphs....................

If z, x and w are complex no.s in the Argand plane, then find locus of x:
|x-z| = k |x-w| ,k belongs to positive Real no. System, k not eql to 1.
what the eqn represent.......???.....Pls gve exp.......Thanks...

And the final question............
Is Moment of Inertia scalar or vector quantity.....???
Or whether it is Tensor.............????..........
|
|
|
|
but they arent parallel..........says my Master..................
Since L= I.w ..............
dirctn of L will depend both on dirctn of ' I ' and ' w '
So.......my doubt is that........whether I = M r2
But how can I be vector..........?? How can it have direction.........???
Any one pls.........
