In this question we use pressure between same cylinfer's different but how the pressure difference between the end of same cylinder be same as area of cross section is same

According to continuity equation ,in the horizontal cylindrical pipe having uniform cross section area across the length, the velocity at ends will be equal as cross section area is equal so according to Bernoullies pressure will be same acroos ends as velocity is equal so how the water can flow in the pipe with pressure at both the end being same ? please explain
