Please explain the whole para.It goes like this:
 IN  THE  CASE  OF  STABLE  EQUILIBRIUM,  THE  CENTRE  OF  MASS  GOES  HIGHER  ON  BEING  SLIGHTLY  DISPLACED.FOR  UNSTABLE  EQUILIBRIUM  IT  GOES  LOWER  AND  FOR  NEUTRAL  EQUILIBRIUM  IT  STAYSN  AT  THE  SAME  HEIGHT.
