no..any value of k between 3 and 7...
while doign 1st diff...constants have to be eliminated..
defore 1st diff test sint of useby second diffreential test...
k is bet 3 or 7 (not 9 as k^2=9)

i think if both the mediums have same 'n' value
then there is no question of rod appearing bent..it may get dissapeared due to same speed of light

actually iit wasnt my aim from 10th..i concentrated on iit things only after june-july...but as i w was confining myself to aieee..i felt solving iit probs will help me a lot

but my weakness is not the concepts...i am a bit slower at solving problems...how can i resolve this without good reference books? is regulra pracise of same sums a must?and in chem i forget the reactions easily...can making "a link" between reactiosn help?
