it is 1/6 apply L'Hospital's rule,

1)1-cosx/3x2

2)sinx/6x

3)cosx/6

now just substitute x with 0 and get the answer

the horizontal component of velocity in a projectile is constant.

using this,suppose the initial velocity is u( it makes an angle theta with the horizontal) and the velocity at a particular instant is v( it makes an angle beta with the horizontal)

hence u (cos theta) = v (cos beta)

hence,cos(beta)=u (cos theta) / v

use vectors in this question

let us assume initial velocity(v1) to be 5 j

then,final velocity (v2)= - 5 j              (get this by drawing a circle on the X-Y plane with the initial direction direction being upwards)

acceleration=(v2 - v1)/time

time=pi(r)/5                        (half revolution)

a= 10 j / pi

a=10/pi         (the direction of acceleration is downwards- negative j direction)

i would say meta is more acidic because there will be H-bonding in the case of ortho,which will reduce its acidity.

this isnt the proper method.

it occured to me that sinx is an odd periodic function and if i assumed f(x) to be sin(x),then i would get the period as 2.

let us assume the function to be sin(x)

as it an odd periodic function with period 2                                       (2/)

hence f(4)=sin(4)

f(4)=0

This Post 2 points    (Olaaa!! Perrrfect answer.   in 1 votes )   [?]

phenoxide ion is more reactive towards electrophilic attack because of the +R as well as +I effects of O-.

the OH on phenol has +R but -I effects which lowers the -ve charge on the ring.

E.A.S. will take place at the ortho or para position depending on the stability of the product obtained.

int 1/(1+sin x)

multiply and divide by (1 - sin x)

int (1 - sin x)/(1 - sin2 x)

int [(1 - sin x)/cos2 x]

int [sec2x - sec x tan x]

tan x -sec x +c
