All of them have the same acceleration since there is no friction to cause rolling. Had there been friction, the accelerations would've been different.

If q1q2>0, then the charges have same sign. Which means they're either both positive or both negative. Whichever be the case, the force is definitely repulsive as like charges repel.

It starts sliding such that it does not lose contact with both the walls. Find the angle "A" with the horizontal at which the rod loses contact with the vertical wall.
