hey see there is not much diff in both the branch ! just the basic is in telecommunication u hav signals,modular programming in ur course ! its a littl bit tuff than ec ! rest of things r same !

civil comes first followed by chemical n then mechanical

pec is best but go for it only if u r intrested in civil
or else go for LNMIIT

coz for one thapar is too costly !
second jaipur is nice place compared to patiala
third no doubt ECE SCORES over ELECTRICAL
