Which of the following has a greater mass of chlorine

(a)1 mol of KCl (b) 0.5 mol of Cl2

Are 0.5 mol of Cl₂ and 1.0 mol of Cl, both same.....if not which has a greater mass

Is the mass of Na and Cl independent of the volume of the aqueous solution taken?

Will 10 l of the aqueous solution and 20 l of the aqueous solution both give the same amounts of Na and Cl??

I wanted the list as it would help in the displacement reactions.....

Suppose we get a question....find an element X, which when reacts with NaOH, displaces it to form Na and the metal oxide

To determine X we need to find out an element which is much more electropositive than Na, which is K....

In order to answer such questions, i needed the list of electropositive and electronegative elements
