I calculate i in this way: calculate number of sigma bonds that atom is making.Add this number to the number of lone pair of electrons on that atom that are not participating in resonance.The ans gives u the hybridisation.

Isoelectronic are the species having same number of electrons. Eg. K+,Ca2+,Ar,Cl-,S2- etc. No they don't share any other property, just the fact that they have same no. of electrons.
