well i have noticed 1 thing to support thats seats are added in be

look at the no of seats in btech part time the are all 30 and new branches are added with 60 seats each,well the point is that if it is b.tech(part time)wont they have increased the seats in their existing course from 30 to 60 before addinf new course with 60 seats in parttime if they are reall 4 part time ????????????????

seriously records of usit is good if u want ms from usa  searc google for jamboree and see the result of people of ip\usit whis is better than iit delhi in gre but less than dce and nsit
