i suggest u try out arihant's coordiante geometry book..its quite good.

magnetic field cannot exist alone..it has to have electric field with it..a moving charge has force acting upon it which gives rise to electric field which in turn gives rise to the magnetic field...
if u could just tell me ur method,i will try to correct it..do tht please..
see dude,u have just reached the answer..u have got 2^x as 1/8 or 2^X as 1/2^3 or 2^x as 2^-3 or x as -3...hope u got it..cheers..
for first question,just write 1 as 2^0..and then solve...its quite easy after tht..hope u got it..cheers!

if u have decided iit as ur goal, then just go fr it..don't listen to wht others say..it is u who will shape ur future, not them...have confidence in ur abilities..join brilliant's one year correspondence course and take their test series...also join some reputed coaching in ur area..the teachers should be good thr, just see to that..u must be having jee books..so practice frm them also....i suggest tht u buy arihant organic chem and physics books so tht ur performance will be enhanced..just feel free to ask us people in goiit regarding any doubts u face while solving questions..all the best with ur preparations..u will surely succeed...cheers!!

here we go:Bernoulli's theorem states that for an ideal fluid with no work being performed on the fluid, an increase in velocity occurs simultaneously with decrease in pressure or a change in the fluid's gravitational potential energy. This theorem is a simplification of Bernoulli's equation, which states that the sum of all forms of energy in a fluid flowing along an enclosed path (a streamline) is the same at any two points in that path.

i dunno abt power engineering but i do know tht mit, pune is the best private engineering college in pune since i live in pune..for more info,do nudge me...hope u got it..cheers!!

work done to move the ball is equal to the change in momentum...so equate q(Vb-Va) and m1v1 + m2v2..from here find v1,which is the rquired answer..hope u got it...cheers!

see,all the south nits are equally good and at par with respect to most streams....trichy according to me is the topmost nit with respect to faculty, placements, infrastructure etc..thts why i suggested cse fr u in thr....in suratkal, which is also a superb nit,the ece branch is more reputed with respect to others as they have a better faculty...one of my friend studies there,so i know frm him abt it....
after all of wht u have filled ,go fr cse in nit allahabad and nit, nagpur as they are good nits...proceed with mech thereafter...although with ur rank u should get iiit,hyderabad...hope u got it....cheers!!
i guess its positional isomerism in this case...hope u got it..cheers!!
all are at par....although trichy is a bit better fr cse and suratkal fr electronics...
its quite easy...multiply and divide by 2sin 2pi/15,use the formula 2sinxcosx=sin2x and then proceed..u will get the answer....
in terms of job prospects, see mech is an evergreen and basic engineering stream..so the mechanical guys have demand everywhere and consequently their pay package is also good..chemical engineering is a restricted engineering stream..its not as vast as mechanical engineering...so the pay package and placements are a bit lesser...chemical is closer to civil in terms of slaries and job prospects but ultimately it depends on u..if u do well in civil also, then u can always get a higher salary than a mechanical engineer who has done averagely...hope u ogt it...cheers!!
both are correct ..the end result matters which is same in both the cases...
chemical is much better in iits as compared to civil....its a much better career option also..if u r given a choice like this, then i suggest that u take chemical....hope u got it..cheers!

its easy gandharva..see,position as a function of time is given..u just have to substitute the time...for t=6s, we have x1= 6^3 -6(6^2)-15*6 +40...which gives x1= - 50m...now,substituting t=4s we get x2=4^3-6(4^2) -15*4+40 which gives x2 as -52m..so the answer is x1-x2 which is 2m..the author has mistakenly taken the equation x=t^3-6t^2 -15t-40 to find x2 in place of the one given so that the answer which he is getting is 18m..do ask in case u have any doubt left...hope u got it..cheers!!

pseudo force is a fictitious or imaginary force which comes into picture when a body is in a non inertial frame of reference.i.e. when a body is accelerating with respect to a fixed frame and it is not static or moving with constant velocity with respect to that frame...in inertial frame of reference, acceleration is written as a=F/m whereas in non inertial frame ,the pseudo force is a= -F/m so that the net force on body remains constant...a typical example is that of a body roating in circular motion..here centripetal acceleration is the regular force acting towards the centre whereas centrifugal force is the pseudo froce which is acting away from the centre and balances the centripetal force....hope u got it..cheers!!
