well,IIT gives you a brand name and can give you even nice job oppurtunities in India too.Even we can go in the research field and you can never say that is India backward in science.eg india is one of the best in astronomy,medicines,etc...India has a bright future which shall be probably led by a major part of IITians...

hey!!!ending up writing a squared as a^2??now you can write a² easily...
press Alt + 251 to get ?
Alt + 253 to get ²
Alt + 252 to get ?,etc.... and so on....enjoy and you get can get almost all symbols if you try other numbers....

well plz read joya ayush's reply...it is agreed that friction's one component is centripetal force.so,there is no disgrace in equating them...but you might be thinking that the complete friction is mu cos theta *mg.but if you consider it in a real situation then you can see that another friction acts along the velocity and thus then that becomes the other component...

well said shgautham ,well yes,when we apply newtons laws to non inertial frames which are-
accelerating with respect to an inertial frame or are simply accelerating then we add pseudo force ma1 opposite to the direction of motion.where a1 is the acceleration of the frame.
rotating with constant omega then we add centrifugal force opposite to the centripetal forces.
the psudo forces are actually used to justify the state of rest of a body when seen within the frame..because if we see the body outside the frame then the body is in motion...
