well of course u hav to register for central councelling.offcampus online councelling gives u the option to choose the college u wwant to b admitted in of course according to ur rank.u need to b online and follow the instruction

actually wat i know is which may b wrong that some percentage of seats r reserved for the state candidates in which the university is,.so there comes the use of state rank.in all other states except ur domicile ur air is considered

Its very tough to predict the cutoffs after this because there is huge jump on each mark..
 
And yes coming to institute wise cutoffs..Here they are?
NITs : 8,000(First Counseling) to 12,000 (Second Counseling)
 
DA-IICT(Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Commutation) : 10,000
 
Jaypee institute, Noida : 20,000
 
Thapar Institute, Patiala : 30,000
 
 look this is the expected cutoff

just recently it was in the news paper that its not recognized.dont know anything about the placements which actually doesnt matter if its not recognized
