PLEASE GUIDE ME ABOUT THE OPTIONS AVAVILABLE TO ME AT JEE RANK 1256.SIR I AM FROM PUNJAB,SO IS IIT MADRAS NOT SUITABLE FOR ME.ALSO PLEASE THROW SOME LIGHT ON THE JOB PROSPECTS OF ENGINEERING PHYSICS. I BADLY WANTED INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION AT DELHI BUT LAST YEAR IT ENDED AT 1234,IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR ME THIS YEAR CONSIDERING INCREASE IN NO. OF SEATS PLEASE REPLY ALSO ABOUT OTHER OPTIONS AT THIS RANK

firstly IIT madras has nothing wrong in it but actually it isthe culture shock..the food the environment..the society...some students and infact many northeners fail to acclimitize with it..so it has to be ur decision and will power...now regarding industrial productionu cant say..it all depends how many ppl cum to iit delhi this time...and engineering physics is more sort of a research based field..the prospects are good in core and research competent areas

DEAR DEEPAK I HAVE GOT AIR - 1076. I MAY GET B TECH ( PRODUCTION & INDUSTRIAL ENGG ) AT IIT, DELHI. DO YOU RECOMMEND IT FOR ME CONSIDERING THE PLACEMENT, FUTURE PROSPECTS ETC. I MAY ALSO GET DUAL DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL AT KHARAGPUR, DUAL DEGREE IN MECHANICAL AT BOMBAY, B TECH IN CHEMICAL ENGG AT DELHI. PLEASE RECOMMEND WHAT I SHOULD OPT FOR. SHALL BE GRATEFUL FOR AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. ANKUR

see delhi and bombay are the best iits and one shud not leave any option availble..now doing dual mechanical i dont think is that good..i blv dual courses shud be taken in elec or compsc or for gals who prefer to stay near thei homes...now chemical and induatrial prod both are equally good..it all depends on ur intersts...where are u from...are u from anywhere near kharagpur

KINDLY TELL ME HOW GOOD THE PLACEMENT SCENE IS THERE AS FAR AS PROD & INDUSTRIAL & CHEMICAL AT IIT,DELHI ARE CONCERNED. SINCE YOU ARE YOURSELF AT DELHI, YOU ARE THE BEST MAN TO COMMENT. IF YOU RECOMMEND, I MAY GO IN FOR PROD & INDUSTRIAL AT IIT, DELHI.
