if i were in your place i would have preffered civil in bits
nit kkr is avg
bits has a very good brand value
civil is also an upcoming subject if you are deeply intersted in ece then go for it otherwise go for bits

I agree with sinha. At BITs, if you don't find civil appealing, work hard one year and get a branch change.

Frankly I'd go against the branch change idea.Its not that easy , not even certain.
I'd suggest u read about Civil and then make ur decision.
