How do I solve this without using the BINOMIAL-THEOREMS-METHOD

"THE REMAINDER WHEN (25)^15 IS DIVIDED BY 13 IS EQUAL TO ??"

25^15=(26-1)(26-1).................(26-1) [15 times]

= M(26)-1

=M'(13)-1

=M"(13)+13-1=M"(13)+12

so 12 is the remainder.

25 is 26 - 1

so, when the number ( 25 ) ^ 15 or (26 - 1 )^15 is divided by 13 the remainder is -1

I hope you know that 5^2n divided by 13 gives remainder 12.

here, 23^15 = 5^30 = 5^2x15 = 5^2n.

Thus the remainder in this case will be 12.
