GO FOR nsit,there is nothing like dce/nsit for a delhiites in my opinion,and being in delhi is a big advantage in itself, if for some reason u don't want to then go for iiit-h......but u shudnt ever think of taking a nit over dce/nsit.....

Go for NIT Agartala CS 
Waise on a serious note chose DCE/IIIT Hyd ? NIT Trichy all three are equally good no use of doing msc from iit unless u r lunatic abt iit name

MAC from IIT-G. It is a 4 yr BTech course.
Also, work hard in the first yr & see if u cd move up the ladder ( branch transfer).
Even if u don't, MAC will do nicely.

Hey!
My brother is in iitg too doing CSE .
The branch can always be changed if you work hard in the first year.
The IIT tag is quite a big thing, the innovative and intellectual environment is unbeaten. And for All those over round development things, you'd agree that IIT provides the best.
Besides, since there is a good chance that you can change the stream, IIT indeed would be the best option in my opinion
All the best for whatever you do!!

hey can the stream be changed after getting into iit??
e.g. if we take chemical in first year then can we change it to CS??

i guess there was something like there were certain seats in departments which toppers (Probably more than one - not just one) might change to should they chose to
(This may only be done in the first year - the basic course structure for all departments is essentially the same in the 1st year)
