out of mettallurgy,civil,chemical which branch is better ? which NIT's have flexibilty, so that we can change our branch from civil to computers on the basis of first year performance.

please tell me more about the NIT's where flexibility is there after 1 year.
also still confused between meta and civil. need more replies.

Chemical is any day a better branch. Warangal allows such changes, for more information, please visit the sites of the individual institutes. Rules for such changes often change during the course of a year. So better check with the websites of these institutes. If there is no information, the website does have the phone numbers of their offices. You can call directly and ask them. In fact it is better to call and ask, as you will get the information first hand.
