i will be doing process engineering with M.B.A at iit -roorkee for the next five years .which of the two options would be better [fter my study at the iit's]

1)to persue an M.s from a reputed university in U.S

                                         or

2)to do M.B.A in india or abroad.

also please tell me about the best colleges  in  U.S to do M.s and M.B.A.

though the question seems irrelevent now ,but i would like to have some idea about them.please give me some information. i would be thankful to u.
