i want to know wats the exact procedure of 2nd round counselling in ccb .if the seats r given there on state rank or air or r students only eligible for the seats reserved for their states .so plz help me and guide about it dropout seats and all rates for sure.

luk wen u go fr d 1st counsellings...u fill 2 forms...form 1...dats ur present choices of streams + collgs.....u also fill form 2....dat is fr 2nd counselling...where u mention institutes....u wanna get admssn in...if u dnt get nethng in 1st...den in d 2nd u r allotted an institution acc to availabilty by ccb...den dat institution gives u a branch accordin 2 ur rank....rank is also d criteria fr u been gven an institut....n ya...dey c air...n nt state.....unless u hv a state quota like in nits...
