i wanted to know that is there wi-fi in iit's? specially in madras?

iitk is fully wifi, saw it on its wesite; bombay at a few particular places; delhi i don think so but is in the process... no idea abt madras

No WI-FI not there in IITM!!!!!!
As far as i know this facility is only in these institutes-
IITK,IITG,BITSPPC,BITSPGC,IITB(only at some places as mentioned by himanshu).
DO RATE ME!!!!!

No Perpetual, u have forgotten to write the name of IIT R.......IIT R too has this facility.......even within few weeks its Saharanpur campus will also have this Wi-Fi facility....

thats exactly what i wantd to say crater.n since then i have been searching for a wifi or wlan mobile.the nokia n80 is the cheapest in the category.do you suggest something better?

See yaar why do u need a costly mobile ......if Nokia N80 has this facility, then surely go for it.........by the way u r taking admission in which Institute?

what i mean by cheapest is that the price is not coming in my range.IT COSTS RS.16000.and i cant buy it.so i will go for a basic model with music and bluetooth.again you know there is a fear of losing it or getting stolen...suggest me the best model for somewhere around 7-8k.
