(1+ sint)(1+ cost) = 5/4. find: (1- sint)(1- cost)
|

remember (sint+cost)2 = 1 -2 sint.cost
(1-sint)(1-cost) = 1-(sint+cost) + sint.cost =
1 -(sint+cost) + [(sint+cost)2 - 1]/2 solve for (sint+cost ) and then for sint.cost and calculate the value of (1-sint)(1-cost)
the answer is 9/4-3 5/2
