Is application of conservation of energy/momentum etc needs consideration of frame of reference also??

i think the answer is no.
we usually apply the concept of reference of frames if we want to find the velocity, acc etc. ie the velocity of a man inside a train =0 for a reference frame of another person inside the same train and it is the speed of the train with reference to the ground.
