hi i think this is ur ans
the electron will describe a circle in the magnetic field.
for the electron not to collide with the the plate radius of trajectory of the electron should be smaller than the seperation d.
0.5mv^2=eV
from this calculate v(velocity)
radius of trajectory(r)=mv/Be
Subsititute v in this expression and apply inequality : r<d
