Assume any cicular object....let it b a disc..,if it is moving left  2 right.. on a rough track...then the dir of friction force is in right hand direction.i.e,in front of the moving disc...
if it is moving with constant velocity...what force is acting backwards?.

friction acts to the left.
its easier to crack jee than 2 crack cet.

i mean if it moves innitially with const. linear velocity.(no angular velocity).
its easier to crack jee than 2 crack cet.
