u can get GK PUBLICATIONS cd`s of bitsat papers its cost is about 300/-

BITSAT is an online test and runs for one month. All candidates get different paper although the level of difficulty is different. So you don't get paper of BITSAT. 
 
For model paper of BITSAT, the best is join online test series for BITSAT at www.testcentre.indiatimes.com  This is wonderful and is exactly like BITSAT. No separate book is needed for BITSAT.
