Dear friends, you must have seen my earlier post ''mechanics dilemma''. My mechanics is really weak even after practicing from HCV, my coaching modules. Most of the mechanics experts in my coaching have praticced mechanics from Irodov. I also want to do it. But as we know that Irodov have some questions based on the concepts which are not in our syllabus. Can you please tell me the question numbers from Unit 1 which are relevant for IITJEE? Most preferably- Units- 1.3-Laws of conservation of energy,momentum... 1.7-Hydrodynamics Someone who has already done these chapters from Irodov must be knowing which questions should we do. Please Please. I want them. Its really very important for me. I don't have much time so it will be better if you can post the question numbers as soon as possible. I promise to give you two salutes.

Well Tarin, I havent yet started solving Irodov (Im still in 11th). But dont you worry, Ill see that Ill solve 1.3 and 1.7 as fast as I can and let you know the minimum number of problems you need to solve (till next week), to make things go perfect in mechanics. Ill nudge you when I reply in this forum. Till then, you dont waste time, get perfect with other topics. And one more thing, if you are through with H.C Verma, than you have already cracked AIEEE and 75% of IIT.

Mujhe laga maine aisa question poocha hai ki koi reply hi nahi karega.
You need not tell me the whole lot at a time.
you can keep nudging me 5-10 questions at a time so that I can also keep doing them without feeling any burden on myself.

Ill do as you say. I hav cultural day at my college for 3 days. So, it will take time for me to start solving. Ill nudge you the questions as I go on solving. Chalo then Good Night. I have rangoli, n drawing competition tomorrow, so I have to prepare 4 it.

Hey Indzee, have you started doing Irodov? If yes please keep nudging me the questions.
Guys, time is running out. PLease if you have done or doing first chapter of irodov, please tell me the question numbers of relevant questions. Only from 1.3-Laws of conservation of energy,momentum...

I think it will help all the students who wish to solve Irodov because solving irodov is a good confidence booster in itself.

Lol. Not at all. Physics is only 33% of total marks alloted. So, being proficient in 1 subject not at all guarantees success. There are many 1 subject Gods who are masters of 1 subject but do not reach anywhere coz they suck in rest two. Masters of all 3 only reach the top.

Ya rooney is right.
Maybe Indzee meant that when we have completed HCV, we have done 75% of whole physics of IIT and AIEEE.
But lets not get distracted from the main issue of topic i.e., relevant questions of irodov.
