hey guys, I am in a terrible situation.My own mind is betraying me.Whenever I go for an exam my mind completely blacks out.And also during my study time I am always thinking about this so I cant concentrate on my studies.I am trapped please help me. SOS

oye, nothing is wrong - you just lack in confidence - write some mock tests and keep your cool then. u gain both confidence and practice. keep ur cool yaar, dont think about the past. its the present and that counts for the future, not the past. leave ur past behind and write the test like you're writing for iitjee.

i was facing this situation cople of days back... all you have to do is some meditation or just talk to your best friend about your problem.........clear your thoughts or go to a counsler....
