I hav only 1 month left for my boards and i m still left with many topics --- Full MODERN physics , full INORGANIC chem. , biomolecules, chem in everyday life, electrochemestry, vectors, inverse trig functions, differential equation and full ENGLISH ...I dont know anything of the above mentioned topics.... also I never went to school this year......
I will hardly get 6 hrs a day .... Is it possible for me to get 85 % in PCM and 80 % avg.
I am really scared of inorganic chem.. , I started with mettallurgy, p-block etc but there were so many reacn. .....
Would NCERT be enough for getting 80 - 85 %.... in boards... or should I buy Together or something else....
Plz help......especially about chemistry...

just NCERT can get u 85%,so just chill.be confident , n i told u if u paln timetable n do according to it u'll be able to complete b4 time.just dont make urself confused by thinking of other books.

Following are a must complete for you: (1)Biomolecules-----theoritical (v imp. to go through prev. yrs quesns) (2)Electrocemistry--- Formula based simple numericals are asked. (3)Inorganic--- not full (pay attention on exceptions and prev. yr quesns) (4)Differential equations----(Must Do) (5)Modern Phy.--- Semiconductors n devices--- Half/Full wave rectifier,etc. (Must do) (6)Electromagnetic waves----(v. small chapter-- will take 3hrs only) (7) Stretch as much as you can but---- (8)Revision is a must other wise you will not be confident in ur exams! ALL THE BEST

NCERT is good enough
right now u should just have confidence in urself
do not get wieghed down by the pressures
just try to look at the past years papers
and read sensibly acc to that
there is still time and hope
do not loose that now............
focus on the chapters acc to the weightage in the exam.........
as right now u have less time..........
so pull up ur socks and prepare well
ALL THE VERY BEST!!!!!!!!!!

READ THE LESSONS UNDERSTAND THEM AND IF ANY DOUBT PUT IT ON GOIIT DON'T GET SCARED WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THE MOST YOU WILL GET LESS MARKS
BUT REMEMBER TO THINK POSITIVELY DONT THINK OF THE MARKS JUST GET KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE FACTS APPLY UR KNOWLEDGE IN UR DAILY CHORES
I THINK TIME IS NOT GONE 1 MONTH IS ENOUGH AND DON'T WASTE EVEN A SINGLE MINUTE
ENGLISH IS VERY SIMPLE IF U ARE FROM CONVENT THEN U DONT HAVE TO BUY BOOK FOR ENGLISH
IN INORGANIC CHEMISTRY YOU HAVE READ AND REVISE
DIFFERENTIAL EQN NEEDS ONE DAY
BIOMOLECULES NEED ONE DAY
CHEMISTRY IN EVERYDAY LIFE NEEDS ONE DAY
AND MODERN PHYSICS IS VERY INTERESTING JUST READ THE LESSONS LIKE STORY AND CLEAR UR EVERY DOUBT
VECTORS IS ALSO SIMPLE BUT REVISION IS MUST
SO DONT THINK NEGATIVELY STUDY HARD

Hello!
Well, I posted a similar query a few days ago. I got a lot of replies similar to the ones you have got so far. I really can't say much about all the topics that you have mentioned, but what I can tell you is that the Inorganic Chemistry we have is damn easy!
You just have to study the conceptual problems that are given in any reference book at the end of chapters like p-block, d-block etc. after reading the NCERT textbook and you are already half-way through. Mug up the reactions and you are home! I got full marks in Inorganic Chemistry in my Pre-boards by studying this way!
As for English, you don't really need to do a great deal to get 80-85% marks. It's a big deal only when you are thinking of crossing the 90% barrier. If your handwriting is not 'bad', you can easily get marks by sticking to the prescribed formats while doing questions from the writing section. The reading section is always easier to score in and you'll definitely get marks if you write grammatically correct answers.
Just read one story everyday and I am sure that you'll get around 80% marks if you ensure that you present a neat and tidy answer-book to the examiner!
Most importantly, relax! What I have learned so far is that it's not as tough as it might seem. We still have quite a lot of time left before the Board Exams come knocking!
