Respecte Sir/ Madam I'm a student of std11.Actually i m studying in a C.B.S.E. affiliated school. After attending the school whole year only half of the portions have been completed and its time for our final exams. In the beginning of the year the director and the principal had said that the portions will b completed on time and no one should seek tutions.
Now they say to do tutions . What shall I do now??? As I asked for the T.C. they fined me rupees seven thousand. i have already cleared the dues but still they ask for the money . Is there any provision 2 complaint 2 the C.B.S.E. or i have 2 pay it.
What shall i do now???????????????////

Well, if you are the relative of some MP or MLA then go and sue your school all you like. BUT if you are not, I suggest you try to avert the paying of such a huge sum by negotiations with your parents and the authorities. Let your parents sort out the money angle. You concentrate only on your studies and study hard as very less time is left.
Well i have done every kinds of negotiations. Still they ask for d money. This is all illegal.They haven't mentioned about it in their prospectus . I think shall i report 2 the C.B.S.E. Plz write me the provisions how 2 report.
sending a law notice is not joke. If u r not from high profile family, i think it is better to stay away from all this court and all thing. Atleast more than 7000 would be wasted in filing a case and then defending it. I think u would better pay it. Such things happened to me too but it was just 500/- so din't hurt much.
