by the fact that sum of 2 sides of a triangle is greater than the sum of other 2 sides,
z1 , z2 , (z1+z2) will form a triangle.
therefore angle between z1 and z2 > 0 and < pi.
i.e. 0< arg(z1) - arg(z2) < pi
i.e.0< arg(z1/z2)< pi

yes u right. the info given is not sufficient. many others who I discussed this question with said the same  thing. So lets just leave this one. I have only 2 nickles left!

actually, I think the question should have been "If then prove that."

This is true, because if you square both sides then you get
