for Q.1. ackhill has already given d method
 
for no. of chiral carbons, count the carbon atoms that r attached to 4 different groups or atoms...
 
for isomers in general.. find out what all isomerism is exhibited by the compound.. and then find the possible isomers..
 
for chain isomerism, first try n-isomer , then sec n then tert.. for functional, change the functional grp (mostly it'll b 2)..for position isomers, change the position of func grp n see.. simple.. :)

1. e cums bfr min the eng alfabets
2. one chiral centre present--hence on finding diff(by changing pos of func grp) structures we get ans-> 2
3.the molecule is cyclic on changing osn of any one double bond we can get only
   2 possible stuctures  of the mono halide structure
4. i thinl that such a comp may not exist( check it again)
5.20(you will  hav to move all func grps and draw them by hand)

only 2 chiral compound obtained by following attacks.
CH3CCl(CH3)CH2CH3 chlorination at position 1.
CH3CH(CH3)CH(Cl)CH3 chlorination at position 3.

4 Structural isomers are possible
1) 3 isomers are producded by subsitution at either ortho meta or para position
2) 4th isomer is produced by by subsituting hydrogen of methane.
