1.Are there different Maxwell's equations in vacuum and material medium in differential form and integral form? If there, what are the corresponding differential & integral equations?

differential form : ( general material medium )

  div D =  ......................... ( 1 )

  div B = 0 ..........................( 2 )

  curl E = -B/t ....................(3 )

 curl H = j + D / t ..............( 4 )

now the constitutive relations are

    D = E + P
    B  = H + M

Field quantities are vectors( tensors of rank 1 ) , epsilon and mu are tensors of rank 2 , rho is a scalar ( tensor of rank 0 )

The eqns are easy to convert into integral form by the use of Divergence th and stokes theorem .
