P / sin (180 -  ) = W / sin ( 90 - @ + )
= W / cos ( @ - )
= P / sin ( )
hence
P = W sin ( ) / cos ( @ - )
P is minimum when denominator is max
ie when cos ( @ - ) =1 or cos ( @ - ) = cos 0
hence
