Can I know how we can solve problems where maximium compression has to be found out be solved by the centre of mass frame plz give me examples

u can download adobe reader from the net...its free of cost....also, remember that files in pdf format do not open with any except adobe reader...so downloading that is necessary.

in the problems of maximum compression in most of the cases energy
conservation is used...
for ex. when all the kinetic energy is used up in spring force
it can calculated by 1/2kx^2= 1/2mv^2...
