I my name is FAILURE. I wanted to share with you my problem. Hope I get at least 20 replies FROM it by experts as well as community

I finished my board exams on 28 of March. I answered all papers very badly. Now I am in big trap of failing the board exams. I did a big mistake by totally neglecting boards and preparing for iitjee .but the thing is that this happened due to my books. I have 12 books in each subject and last two years I wasted my time in knowing whether from which book to study.

I would advise the 2009 aspirants that don?t neglect your boards since they are the stepping stone for iit jee.even if u don?t get into iit still no problem for you ,u can take a drop or can take innumerous branches available to u.

I want to curse myself since I am the dumbest guy in the universe. I prepared for iit even if there was 1 month left.

So my question for goiit is that I am getting into depression these days .today is 29 March 29, 2008 and the board results will be out on 1 may. I am 100 % damn sure that I am gonna fail in board exam and will be writing my board exam again next year. So can u please tell me what to do on 13 and 27 April and on 14 may since I have filled the forms of iitjee, aieee and CET. What?s the use in writing these papers .even if I get into iit this year I will not be able to take admission there since I am a failure.

GOIIT THIS IS MY LIFE AND DEATH QUESTION FOR U

I WANT DETAIL ANSWER FROM EXP AS WELL AS COMMUNITY

whatever you say there still lies a cha nce that you escape. imagine if you don't write the entrance exams but somehow you get 60%. you will feel pathetic. so concentrate on JEE and hope for a miracle.

IN WHICH SUBJECTS UR EXAM WAS WORSE? IN HOW MANY SUB. U ARE EXPECTING LESS THAN 23/70 ?

First of all i dont think anybody hu has prepared well enough for iit-jee would flunk for the boards

u might easily manage abt 60%

let the past go ------>atleast now, u have still got a glimmer of hope

if u are not going 2 write the entrance ,what hope have u got??

so dont think twice,jus be calm,collected n composed along with being prepared 2 face anything dats 2 come

dont think like that.dont think u will fail in boards,papers were not so easy this time and so may be the correction is a bit lenient.just think,if u pass in boards but dint give d entrance exams then too u will have to waste a year.write all d entrance exams and wait with hope for 1st may.when u have written the exams for which u dint prepare well,then why not write those exams for which u have prepared so well?

is the qualifying board percentage for iit..inclusive of only pcm or all the subjects i.e overall??

Well the first big mistake u did is to neglect boards....as the subj in boards is same as in IIT JEE...Board will be a foundation to the basics......well so u have actually missed the basics....and the second mistake u made is by havin 12 books in each subj.....i personally feel tht 3 books for 1 sub is more than suff......one book for ref...one book for concepts and one for solvin probs....well any way,,,,,,where there is a prob there lies a soln for it too....so forget u r boards.....as the results are not gonna come till 1 MAY ...u can write JEE as well as AIEEE,....as u r not sure u have nt cleared u r board...............prepare ffor u r exams and write them welll .....ALL THE BEST........
