that is
1/2kx^2=mgh
1/2 *100 *1/100=1/4 *10* h
1/2=1/4 *10h
h=1/5
=20cm

BUT U CAN CALCULATE THIS MUCH
SEE TAKE THE BOB AT THE LOWEST POINT AS THE REFERENCE POINT
SO WHEN IT IS AT AN ANGLE 37 THEN MGH=1/2MV^2
ON THE BASIS OF THAT
T-MG=MV^2/R
T=MG+MV^2/R
