rth term ,
 [1 + 1/r2 + 1/(r+1)2 ]
= [ r4 + r2 + 1 + 2r3 + 2r2 + 2r / [r(r+1)]2 ]
= [(r2 + r + 1) 2 / [r(r+1)]2 ]
= r2 + r + 1 / (r2 + r) = 1 + 1/r(r+1) = 1 + 1/r - 1/r+1
Too lazy
