will the 27% quota for the OBC candidates make any change for the cutoff marks for General Category

general category students wont be affected by quota
cut off 165-170

i am a student of bansal classes, and as far as i have seen only 20-30 students in Xiii and 50-60 studnets in Xii, crossed d 300 mark.
lookin at thr reputation.. and d no of students cumin under 1000..
d cut sud b round 160-170
(as said by most of d teachers also)

HEY, HAVE U HEARD THIS,,, THE IIT ROORKEE CUTOFFS ARE FALLEN TO A VAST EXTENT LIKE BELOW 05 PER SUBJECT....THIS NEWS I READ IN THE HINDU NEWSPAPER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO PLZ CHECK OUT AND CONFIRM
IT LL BE USEFUL TO ALL OF US!!

Arre guyz dont take it so lightly...d cut-offs will b higher dan u xpct...It happened very badly last yr...

I guess d cut-offs wud be 180-190 mayb even 200....bein on d safer side is alwayz better....to avoid probable disappointment...Blv me , d cut-off wudnt decrease drastically...So its better 2 conc. on comin Xms...

Just 1 thing guys, don't rely on these things too much and try to forget them until your result are out. I know it's quite difficult not to think about it, but in the end you'll realize, it was unnecessary. Last year, all the prediction about cut-offs went horribly wrong. I had been through this last year and my only advice to you will be, that enjoy your time as much as you can !!

yes last year the cuttoffs did go all wrong ,but nobody knew the criteria for deciding the cutoffs.this time around they do.i believe cutoff will be around 170-180
|
