IMPEDANCE-it is the resistance offered by dissipative as well as non dissipative devices like in a circuit comprising of resistor capacitor and inductor REACTANCE - resistance by non dissipative devices eg in LC circuit. RESISTANCE - dissipative devices eg resistor
