listen yaar it happens with every one. just what everyone does is what u ar doing that is asking for good books. one can clear iit with any book. do u know that the very imp. thing in this exam is thinking. the only thing which matters for selection is how much u can think. if u want to do perfection in organic make a reading of peter sykes likke a nowel. then take any book like bt module or any other for every reaction thingk the mechanism for the main products and make as many products u can whether they are given or not. it will increase ur thinking ability and i assure u for perfection in organic chemistry.

hey!!! i cant agree with most of u for ORGANIC,first of all go thoroughly through NCERT texts now go for ----->MTG INTERACTIVE ORGANIC CHEM {this buk is the very best ;i jus love it} now as u have cleared most of ur organic concepts quite well,go for ARIHANT {only at dis stage} for problems THIS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR STRENTHENING UR ORGANIC CONCEPTS FOR IIT-JEE all the very best cheersssss!!!!! rate me if found useful

I'd say Organic Chemistry by John McMurry
Awesome book, used in the Freshman's course at MIT
After that, go for Arihant for questions
Killer combination!
