if that were to happen....then.......there wud be a slight decrease in the radius of gyration of Earth.....which means.....

Earth will rotate faster.....means.......TIME PERIOD REDUCED.......

Well.......what I feel is described in figure........


Note.....More is the mass is far away from axis of rotation....then more is radius of gyration and vice-versa.......
