i am having problem deciding which method of integration(between substitution, trigonometric transformation,by parts) to choose for any integration.like i solved an integration by parts only to know later that it can be solved very easily by trig transformation.
so plz give me some pointers or hints as to when to use what method for any integral.
thnx
