R2-R1


(I2+I1/I1-I2)/R1R2


I1R2-I2R1/I1-I2


I2R2-I1R1/I1-I2

Terminal potential diff(T.P.D.) in case of I1= I1R1
Terminal potential diff in case of I2= I2R2

Now, E - Ir = T.P.D.
Where E= EMF, r= int resistance

E - I1r = I1R1
E - I2r= I2R2
Subtract the 2 equations to get r.
U will get the correct answer as d.
