The equation of a standing wave produced on a string fixed at both ends is

y=(0.4cm)sin((0.314cm)x)cos((600s^-1)t)

What could be the smallest  lenth of the string?

The min length is /2 for a standing wave.For finding ,K=pi/10=2pi/=20cm.So,the ans is 10cm.

MAKING A MISTAKE IS HUMAN BUT REPEATING IT IS IDIOTIC.
