how do u trace in them goiit

I did IP scan on this page,which is a standard scan to look for IPs in xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx format.If you want source code for that then do nudge me :)

No need for stat counter or anything else.

In blogger/blog or any other major blog site,you can run IP scan on database with  timestamp as an argument.

99.9% of the times you will find IP addr,if that IP is of india and belongs to MTNL/BSNL you can check logs(IPs are dynamic on these networks,check for time and IP) and can get phone number.By using telephone dir you can get address of that person :)
