I think the question must be that there are P points in a plane of which Q are on a straight line.If it is so,then 

1)No.of straight lines=(P-Q)c2+(P-Q)(Q)+1

2)No.of triangles=(P-Q)c3+(P-Q)c2.Q+(P-Q).Qc2
