b4 we get down to business--let me make few points clear :

    man the rage you show is nothin compared to mine.....yes the whole idea of introducin quotas in centralised institutions is an error....QUOTAS in JOBS  arent such a bad thing....

i say this after a long period of rage n thought....

jus think--

in every village 60% of ppl belong to backward community----25% to scheduled and the remainin 10-15% by fc's ------i take the example of villages coz INDIA LIVES IN ITS VILLAGES.  we are lucky to have only 49.5% quotas.....if all those OVER-PRIVILEGED guyz belonging to backward communities demand more quota on the basis of POPULATION..we are DOOMED, doomed my friend........

      see in my native village(currently m in chennai no that village) outta 1200 ppl only 60 ppl belong to fwd comm............nd i proudly say that all 60 are in good position today.......coz WHEN GOVERNMENT CLOSED ONE ROUTE (public sector firms that is)- fc's have made hay by opening another route-private sector.................

REMEMBER WHEN ONE DOOR IS CLOSED WE HAVE ENUF INTELLIGENCE N SELF-CONTROL to bring ourselves forward......while about 20 bc's got into govt. jobs thro quotas n are in good positions toda......the remainin ones in ma village are still survivin n fightin to live......n offerin their services only in increasin the population.......their lives r useless to society......they have been left in dark........

SO what  tryin to say by takin ma own native place as example is that :

1)THE GOVT.s aim of bringin everyone into the light is not successful

2) the guyz who used quota have turned greedy n now are usin quotas for their heirs.....

3)its not that this quota has made fc's struggle.......or sumthin....we still keep findin ways out........

4)n the biggest prob is if the seats under quota are not filled by appropriate backward candidates THEY ARE LEFT VACANT------wat a bummer!!!

By saying this i support QUOTAS at current 49.5%(with creamy thingy condition) only in jobs.......M NOT  A SUPPORTER OF QUOTAS IN PREMIER INSTITUTES. So jus remember this dont let quota hamper your prep in anyway....you must try to win a seat in open competion---

n the next time any one wants to put his point across on quotas.......be more specific......argue only 4 the premieer institutions..thats the only way you can awaken a few ppl................remember opposing QUOTAS in general is not goin to see anythin happen(except watch tempers run high) n remember population-based quotas cac be catastrophic to us.....

so stop self-pityin n cursin MY COUNTRY......

coz quota has a good aim but wrong implementation........

2) as a friend pointed out zero was discovered in our country

3)if some one gives you the inventions of cv.raman--------stokes and anti-stokes lines-much more advanced than newton's laws......will you take it whole-heartedly or start grumblin about tough portions being included in your syllabi??

4) and one most important thing INVENTIONS ARE MEANT TO BE STUDUED("COPIED" according to you)......copying discoveries is a disgrace.....

5)if every nation goes accordin to you ---"then only americans will be the privileged lot"----they patent each n everything.........if we go to the INTERNATIONAL COURT n claim that we've discovered sumthin but US has patented it b4 us......(this is COPYING).......they use their super-power status n snub us everytime........

those **** even patented basmati rice which the whole world knows originated in india.....so dont compare US with india.......we are unique in our own way..........more inventions from foreign prof. in a particular fied doesn't mean that we are muffs.......moreover we never acquired facilities for extensive research till a lil after 1950.........

US and India are two diff countries.....with diff ppl gettin the same facilities but separated by a few decades.....this comparison of yours isnt fair.......n if you still insist that being an indian is disgraceful.....i jus dunno watt to say!

all these facts pointed by you people are rite but these are inventions which have taken place in a Hindu Bharatvarsha and not of some f**king bureaucratic secular nehruvian gandhian bs etc nation which discriminates agaist the people who are a majority.

Here in India because of communist people like Romila Thapar who write history textbooks we have an impression that our culture is old fashioned and also here we have been dumbed down to belive that either i am a socialist secular gandhian or i am an evil fascist

Yes there are corrupt people,old-fashioned laws and an indifferent average Indian who refuses to acknowledge the general problems as own.The point is,all Indians have become hypocrites(dont worry,it includes me too!).I mean we all talk and talk,and when it comes to lifting  your limb to do some work,we shun into our shells like tortoises!

The same points shall go on and on...like "Hey we can do something" or "We'll do a rally" and blah blah blah..nothing happens much does it?People advice others against joining politics as it is "a dirty drain" and god knows what.But hey,isnt it funny?The same people will say that the politicians are just too corrupt! I mean they wont let you contribute,but still they'll go on criticising!

At the end of the day we just satisfy our egos by thinking that "At least I have thought of making my country better" or "I am at least better than those who think of leaving the country".

What next?All I can say is our lives will improve(no doubt they are okay as of now),our policies should change.They will change only if anyone of us stands up and brings the positive changes(And of course,if we support the person who does so!)Our country will progress if and only if our thinkings change.

Sounds nice?But as I said earlier,we are becoming a bunch of hypocrites(I dont know if thats the correct word).So we will shout like mad for sometime and get on with our lives as usual!

its not about individuals ....its about india...and i'm proud of it to the core....

and as far as indians go .....its like a family ....u might not always like it but u inherit it and u take them with u.....wid luv wid support ....tat's how ur family grows nahi...
