My son scored 392 in CBSE 2008. Please guide him to try for IIT2010. He is good in logic

If he's getting 392 out of 500 in tenth boards, he needs lots of hard work, which he is surely lacking......

sir i agree with u its not that those who get 90+ in boards are bound to clear iit if ur son aspires for iit he shud go
with due respect to u sir i am not challenging ur opinion but he shud give an aptitude test

Well, I don't think that there is any strong relation between marks of boards & getting into IITs or any other good colleges like NITs. It is because in 10 , we have to study not only maths & science but other subjects also.In my view, to get into IIT, you have to work for it,& you have 2 years to improve ur science & maths if it is not so.

well
u see 10 marks really dont matter much
i have seen many people scoring 90+% and still suffering in class 11 and 12 ..
remeber not jee they r not even able to manage skul portions
but manyof ma frnds scored 75-80%
are doing well
what i'm trying to say is
past is past
10 marks really dont matter
just some dedication and hardwork will do
i'm saying this bcos i have experienced it myself
wasted first year completely
so start the preparations right now
